Blue Waterfall Bellflower

Blue bell-shaped flowers spill over cascading foliage for a mass of color that is stunning at the front of the border. Blooming from May into June, ‘Blue Waterfall’ is also excellent for rock walls, containers, or hanging baskets. It is drought-tolerant.
